Prestige Marketing Ventures, Inc., doing business as Prestige H2O, collects your name, phone number, email, street address, ZIP code and whether you own or rent your home when you ask for a water report or an in-home water analysis. We use it to provide that report and analysis and to follow up with you. We do not sell your personal information. To ask a question or request deletion, call (689) 399-2019.

Who we are
This website is operated by Prestige Marketing Ventures, Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as Prestige H2O. We visit homes in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Brevard, Volusia, Flagler and Sumter counties. You can reach us by phone at (689) 399-2019.
What we collect
When you fill in the request form on this website, or a Prestige H2O lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect the information you enter:
- Your full name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you provide it
- Your street address and ZIP code
- Whether you own or rent your home
- If you send it with your request, the monthly amounts you entered in the Household Savings Worksheet
- Your answer to the call and text consent checkbox, with the date and time, the page you used, and technical details your browser sends (IP address and browser type), kept as a record of that consent
Why we use it
We use this information to prepare your water report, to schedule and carry out an in-home water analysis at your address, to follow up about your request and the written proposal, and to keep a record of your consent. We use your address to confirm that we serve your area.
Calls and texts
If you check the consent box, Prestige H2O may call and text you at the number you provided, including with automated technology and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, about your water report and an in-home water analysis. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or call (689) 399-2019 and ask us to stop calling. We do not share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes your information
We use service providers to run the website and handle your request. They process information on our behalf to provide their services:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), our customer-management system, which stores your request and sends our calls and texts
- Vercel, which hosts this website and processes ordinary request information such as IP addresses
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you submit one of our lead forms on those platforms; Meta’s own privacy policy also applies there
- An email delivery provider, if you ask us to email you a report
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers and staff.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The water-supplier ZIP lookup runs in your browser. The Household Savings Worksheet keeps the amounts you type in your browser on that device, so they are still there if you come back; they reach us only if you send them with a request. A design selector used only on our private design previews keeps your choice in your browser tab for that session.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. To ask us to delete your information, call (689) 399-2019. We may keep a record of an opt-out or deletion request so that we honor it.
Your choices and questions
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your call and text consent at any time. Call (689) 399-2019.
