Which system does what
Each system is listed with the specifications supplied for it. Choose by the problem you notice, then confirm it with an in-home water analysis.
- Aquonyx The Diamond™: filter and softener in one, 30k grain
- Aquonyx Black Diamond™: 1.0 cu ft coconut carbon; reduces chlorine, taste, odor
- Aquonyx Crystal Core™: 4 Stage RO with its own chrome faucet
Before a proposal
An in-home water analysis comes first. The written proposal names the system, the installed scope and the price before anything is scheduled.
Already have a softener?
Before replacing an existing softener, compare incoming and treated hardness, the model’s care instructions and its service history. Ask about the cause of the problem and the written repair or replacement scope. Confirm whether Prestige can assess the particular equipment at your address.
HOW IT WORKS
Three treatments, three jobs. The analysis comes first.
About a minute, drawn by hand: what each treatment does, and why the in-home water analysis comes first.

- Spots on your dishes? Buildup around the faucets? Water that doesn't taste the way you'd like?
- All of it starts at one place: the line where water enters your home. And different treatments do different jobs.
- For hardness, there's softening. The Aquonyx Diamond is a softener and filter in one tank: softening resin over a layer of carbon. Softening isn't purifying.
- For chlorine taste and odor, the Black Diamond uses coconut carbon to reduce them.
- For drinking water, the Crystal Core is a four-stage reverse osmosis system under the sink, with its own faucet.
- Not every home needs all three. We start with an in-home water analysis, then recommend what fits your water.
- Book your in-home water analysis with Prestige H2O.
- Your water, a higher standard.
