PRESTIGE H2O / WATER, UNDERSTOOD

Choosing a Water Treatment Installer

Compare installers with the same water results and scope: exact equipment, connection plan, commissioning, ongoing care and written responsibilities. A brand name alone does not define the installation.

Bring the same brief to each provider

List the water source, measured results, desired outlets, household demand and existing equipment. Ask each provider to identify which concern each proposed treatment stage addresses. Equivalent briefs make price comparisons meaningful.

Request a site-specific layout

The plan should identify the incoming connection, shutoff, bypass, service clearances and any power or drain requirements. Ask who verifies applicable local installation rules and property permissions; a general guide is not a permit determination.

Ask how the handover works

Before accepting the proposal, ask for operating instructions, settings documentation, model details and a care plan. Find out who handles questions and which ongoing tasks belong to you.

Keep proof specific

Ask for relevant credentials and genuine examples the provider is allowed to share. Verify equipment claims through the exact model’s documentation and use written commercial terms rather than an advertised headline.
